I was dubbed the Jack Benny of Queensborough Community College. (For those who weren't listening to radio in the Dark Ages, Jack Benny was a comedian and radio host known for two things: his compulsive stinginess and his pronounced inability to measure up to his idol, Jascha Heifetz.) c.
