Since leaving LA my life has changed in so many ways but I have often been reminded of the joys of working with Evan, watching his interests and talents unfold at such an early age, a child with so many obstacles yet so many gifts bestowed upon him. As you know his life changed us all in so many ways. I feel blessed to have shared in his joys and struggles towards independence. Although this time is no longer current in your life...I know that it will forever be reflected upon. You and Evan inspired me as a therapist. Your work is inspiring...I only wish that I had taken the time to find the gifts of your motherhood and writings behind the child earlier.
